Lead transformative Yoga Nidra with practical tools, yogic wisdom, and essential guidance for teachers and practitioners.

"A comprehensive-even definitive-guide...it's joining Urlacher's Yin Yoga & Meditation as a textbook in my advanced studies yoga teacher training!"
-Sage Rountree, PhD, author of Teaching Yoga Beyond the Poses

Even with a beautiful script in your hands, it can still feel like you're just reading the words instead of leading an experience.

This complete resource provides everything you need to develop and lead transformative and meaningful Yoga Nidra sessions, whether you're guiding others or deepening your own practice. Rooted in yogic wisdom and centered in the heart, it offers the essential foundation to lead with skill, confidence, and an authentic, embodied presence you and your students can feel.

More than a manual, these pages invite you into an integrated understanding of the stage-by-stage architecture of the practice. Bridging traditional yoga philosophy with modern neuroscience, it offers clear insight into the why and how behind the method - giving you the sequencing principles and foundational blueprint needed to skillfully guide profound sessions attuned to your students' needs.

You'll find the guidance to customize scripts or confidently create your own resonant offerings. Reflective practices help you embody the teachings, so your sessions emerge from lived experience and empower your unique voice. Grounded in trauma-informed and inclusive principles, this guide equips you to adapt the practice and meet your students exactly where they are.

Designed for immersive study and easy reference, it supports you as you prepare, practice, and teach - moving you beyond simply delivering a script and into a deeper, more holistic relationship with the practice.

Inside you'll find:
The structural blueprint and sequencing principles to lead, adapt, and develop sessions that resonate deeply.
A neuroscience-informed framework to facilitate deep rest and foster nervous system regulation, resilience, and healing.
Trauma-informed, inclusive principles to safely honor the spectrum of student experience - from restlessness and emotional release to integration.
Guidance for leading through each stage of the practice, with insightful prompts to adapt existing scripts or craft your own heart-centered offerings.
An exploration of the koshas and yoga philosophy as a guiding map for the journey to wholeness and the joy of being.
Practical tools to tailor the practice for any duration, setting (studio, online, retreats) or experience level.
The art of weaving themes, Sankalpa, and imagery enriched by a library of symbols and energetic tones.
Intentional language and responsive cues to guide with authentic presence and ease.
Reflective prompts and mini-meditations to embody the teachings and bridge theory with practice.
A personal practice path to nurture your growth and root your teaching in lived experience.
A complete teaching toolkit of 6 Yoga Nidra scripts, body scans, breathwork, and chakra practices with integrated planners.
