Inside, you'll discover how to:Plan an herb garden for any space, indoors or out
Grow and cook with 20 popular culinary herbs, from basil to thyme
Pair herbs that thrive together, and avoid the ones that don't
Solve common problems and keep pests away
Dry, store, and preserve your harvest so the flavor lasts all year
Cook with confidence using herb cheat sheets and simple recipes like pesto, a homemade curry blend, and mint tea
And More!
You don't need a big garden or any experience, just a sunny spot and a few pots. If you want to grow herbs and actually know what to do with them, this is the handbook for you. It also makes a thoughtful gift for the gardener or foodie in your life.
