it's getting bad again isn't it?

i always notice it when i start picking at the skin on my fingers again

when i can't sleep at night

stop answering to peoples texts

when i forget to eat and feel a knot in my stomach after every thought about the meal that comes next

i can't sit still anymore, but at the same time i'm constantly exhausted

physically and mentally

there's nothing anymore that feels important

i stop reaching out because I don't want to bring others down

it's that time again

i notice it now

i know i need to start picking myself back up from the ground.
