Staying healthy and losing weight doesn't necessarily mean that you can only eat healthy foods. In order to lose the weight that you want, you also need to exercise. Unfortunately for most people, they are not very fond of hearing the word "exercise" simply because they do not feel that it does not work with them. However, exercise is a broad term.
