Über den Autor
Petra Coveney is the founder and creator of Menopause Yogä, the world's first specific style of yoga practice and teacher training course to support women on their journey from peri-menopause to post-menopause. Petra is a Senior Teacher and Trainer for the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals, and has been a member of the British Menopause Society for health practitioners since 2017. She lives in Hove, UK.
