KIRSTEN PETERSON, PhD, is a performance psychologist, educator, and speaker whose mission is helping people and teams perform easier and better. Working with both the US Olympic Committee and the Australian Institute of Sport, Kirsten spent decades helping Olympic athletes, coaches, and teams make high performance happen. She melds this experience with expertise in neuroscience and mindfulness to teach people how to work better with their brains and minds for improved well-being, interpersonal connection, and performance.
