She is also Head of Postgraduate Studies for Business Trainers and Postgraduate Studies for 'Management 3.0'. Herresearch interests include sustainable human resource management, sustainable project management. She has experience in managing HR departments, leading HR and HR-IT projects in business, and leading and participating in various research projects.
Mariusz Sötysik, PhD, is Assistant Professor in the Management Process Department at Cracow University of Economics,, Poland. Her research interests include strategic management, project management and innovations. Her articles are published in Science of the Total Environment, Environmental Impact Assessment Review, Business Strategy and the Environment, Sustainable Development and the Journal of Organizational Change Management.
