She serves as the Ralph Frohsin Endowed Chair in Pediatrics. She is the director of the Pediatric Lipid Clinic at the Children is of Alabama. She is a fellow of the National Lipid Association and a diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology. Dr. Ashraf is passionate about lipid disorders in children and co-founded the Lipid Special interest group at the Pediatric Endocrine Society. Dr. Ashraf is well renowned nationally and internationally as a highly regarded specialist in pediatric lipidology.
Dr. Bhuvana Sunil is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. She has a strong clinical and research interest in dyslipidemia.
