Über den Autor

Angus Nelson is an executive advisor and keynote speaker who helps successful founders and executives navigate the inflection point where the way they built success becomes the constraint on what comes next.

For more than 13 years, Angus has worked with over 1,000 founders, executives, and senior leaders, from entrepreneurs scaling high-growth and nine-figure companies to leaders at organizations including Cisco, FedEx, Bridgestone, Veeva, and Workday. He has delivered keynotes and leadership programs for organizations including Adobe, Walmart, Disney, BMW, Coca-Cola, and MGM Resorts, and has appeared on more than 100 podcasts.

He is the creator of Neuro Resilient Leadership and the C³ Protocol: Clarity, Capacity, and Composure, a practical methodology combining neuroscience, psychology, identity, and leadership performance to help leaders expand their internal capacity as the complexity, responsibility, and pressure around them increase.

His work centers on a recurring pattern: the urgency, control, self-reliance, and drive that create success can eventually become the ceiling on what comes next. Angus helps leaders evolve beyond those patterns so they can lead greater complexity without carrying it all themselves.

Originally from the United States, Angus lives in Lisbon, Portugal, with his family.
