Beschreibung
An American hero returns home after five years as a POW to find his world flooded with change. When his wife tells him she is pregnant, the one change he finds that he can not accept, is abortion. He takes his wife from an abortion clinic and after she has the child, he is charged and tried for kidnapping.

The drama of his trial begains as he attempts to defend himself against the government's special prosecutor and in a federal court where the judge is being considered as a possible nominee for the supreme court. The underling battle that develops between politics and justice leads all three men to come face to face with their ""moment of Truth"" and the true sense of honor.
