Simon has previous senior management experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with Pfizer, Eli Lilly and Ivax Pharmaceuticals. He was also a Chief executive of an independent Mental Health service. He is a qualified Biochemist and was part of the NHS General Management Scheme
