Über den Autor

Matthew Jones is the head football coach at Kentucky Country Day School in Louisville, Kentucky, where he led the Bearcats to the 2025 KHSAA Class A State Championship. In twenty-five years of coaching high school football, he has built his programs on a philosophy of love and accountability - demanding championship standards while developing young men of character. A veteran educator, Jones also teaches world history and serves as assistant athletic director. He writes and speaks on leadership, team culture, coaching, and player development for audiences ranging from youth sports coaches to corporate executives. He lives in Louisville with his wife, Jill, and their son, Preston. The Iron Glove is his first book.
