ANDREAS DUDÁS was born on 31 July 1964 in Aarau, Switzerland. He laid the foundation for his education with an MSc in Civil Engineering from ETH Zurich, an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management, and an MSc in Global Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management. He later completed further studies in mediation, conflict resolution, and mental training.
As the son of political refugees, Andreas grew up in extremely modest circumstances. Authenticity, the search for meaning, and courage became some of the defining themes and life lessons of his journey.
As a former senior executive, he spent decades leading major international projects with multi-billion-dollar budgets, turning around companies, and resolving complex conflicts. His professional career took him to dozens of countries across all continents. His decades-long odyssey towards his True Self was marked by extraordinary achievements as well as profound setbacks.
In 2010, he founded several companies, think tanks, and his own foundation under the BE SHIRO brand. Since then, he has worked as an author, speaker, filmmaker, entrepreneur, foundation chairman, and board member of influential impact-investment companies.
