ELLEN TART-JENSEN has worked in the natural healing field for more than 20 years, mostly spent side by side with her late father-in-law Dr. Bernard Jensen, healthy living and iridology pioneer. She currently maintains a busy natural health care practice, Lifestyle Counseling Services, in Escondido, California; serves as vice president of Bernard Jensen International; and teaches classes in iridology, nutrition, natural therapies, and cleansing throughout the world.
