Agn Limant is a chief researcher at the Law Institute of the Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences.

Artras Tereškinas is a professor of sociology at Vytautas Magnus University and a chief researcher at the Law Institute of the Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences.
