"Among the many forms of financial wizardry, valuing companies is a dark art. It combines complex financial skills with the ability to predict the future; it's an unusual amalgam of statistics and crystal ball gazing."

Charlotte Moore from Financial Director.co.uk

Corporate Valuation is the process of estimating the potential market value of a financial asset or liability. This book is a quick, no nonsense approach to a complex subject, written for managers, board members, entrepreneurs, businessman and students for whom the concept of valuation is key.

Using the example of European telecommunications company Mobitronics as a model, the authors provide key insights into universal issues in corporate valuation and the most commonly used valuation methods. If you spend two hours reading this book you will not only be able to speak intelligently about the subject, but you will also be able to value your own company.
