Beschreibung

In 1717, the pirate Blackbeard captured a French slaving vessel off the coast of Martinique and renamed it Queen Anne's Revenge. But in June 1718 Blackbeard reportedly ran the ship aground off the coast of North Carolina. When divers discovered the wreck in 1996, it was heralded as a major find in maritime archaeology. Now the story of Queen Anne's Revenge is revealed in full detail.
