"Billy Learns About Anxiety" is a picture story book about a little boy called Billy and his pet lizard Stormy.
Billy learns about the fight and flight instinct and how it is still part of our brain. Billy recognises that a superpower in his brain can help him to control his feelings and emotions. He is excited to learn how to use some strategies to cope with his anxiety.

About Author:
Dorota Perkins, the author of this book, is a mental health practitioner. She has over a decade of experience working in mental health. However, since she started working with children, she realised there are not many publications on emotional regulation and stress tolerance. So, she made it her mission to change this. This book is one of her propositions to help children to understand and cope with strong emotions.
