John SanGiovanni is a mathematics supervisor in Howard County, Maryland. There he leads mathematics curriculum development, digital learning, assessment, and professional development for 41 elementary schools and more than 1,500 teachers. John is an adjunct professor and coordinator of the Elementary Mathematics Instructional Leader graduate program at McDaniel College. He is an author and national mathematics curriculum and professional learning consultant. John is a frequent speaker at national conferences and institutes. He is active in state and national professional organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.

Susie Katt is an award-winning K-2 mathematics coordinator in Lincoln Nebraska. She has also worked as a special appointment lecturer at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln She is an active, recognized leader in Nebraska having served on numerous state panels and committees to guide standards and instructional practice. She is a professional learning consultant and author. Susie is active in professional organizations. She has most notably served as the chair of NCTM's Teaching Children Mathematics Editorial Panel. Susie has worked as a developer and facilitator for NCTM's interactive institutes focused on meaningful discourse and productive struggle. She has also served on a collection of program committees for NCTM Annual and regional conferences.

Kevin Dykema is an energetic teacher and presenter who has a passion for mathematics. He has taught 8th grade mathematics since 1995 and is currently teaching at Mattawan (MI) Middle School. He has taught undergraduate mathematics courses for preservice elementary teachers at Western Michigan University. He is a professional development consultant providing services for a range of topics. Kevin is honored to be currently be serving a 3-year term on the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics Board of Directors. As part of his work at NCTM, he serves on the Educational Materials Committee and the Publishing Committee. He was awarded the Michigan Council of Teachers of Mathematics Regional Directors Award in 2007 for outstanding contribution and leadership in mathematics education as well as the Service Award in 2014. Kevin is active in other professional organizations and has co-founded and co-chaired conferences for students with disabilities in Michigan. Kevin is working toward being a certified facilitator for Visible Learning for Mathematics with Corwin.
