What are your BIG dreams? We all have different dreams, that's what makes us unique. But whatever it is that you want to do, the skills you'll need to achieve your goals are the same. This exciting book helps children and young people to practice these core skills and provides a survival kit for them to dip into when they need extra help or motivation.

SOME OF THE THEMES EXPLORED ARE:

  • Goal setting
  • Growth mindset
  • Perseverance
  • Getting organized
  • Learning to fail well

Chapters include:

  • Be Your Own Best Friend
  • Making Good Choices
  • Dream Big

No need to worry if you don't yet know what it is that you are passionate about or what 'success' means for you. Perhaps you just need some help with boosting your confidence, staying positive or some extra help with getting through the twists and turns of everyday life. Looking after yourself is an important theme of the book whether that be eating healthy food and exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, being kind to yourself or knowing how to deal with bullies.

To 'be your best self' means loving who you are, feeling confident in your own skin and achieving the things that you want to do.

Nathan Kai pioneered, created the opportunity, then jointly wrote this book when he was only seven years old. Why? Because this AMAZING book should have been on the shelves, and he desperately wanted to have it for Christmas, but it didn't exist (then...). He's a member of MENSA, the world's youngest published self-development author, a public motivational speaker and an elite athlete - a multi-National and European Champion medallist in Jiu-Jitsu. He's also a grade-four pianist, child model, a trophy-awarded linguist and a thoroughly awesome person. He's delighted that the book is out for you to learn these tips for success and happiness, too, and for you to Go On and BE YOUR BEST SELF! Nathan lives in Derby, UK.
