Zen Bodywork Dynamics is a natural, martial-arts-based, hands-on method of helping to restore health in a holistic way. It corresponds with other martial-arts training, which it is seen as complementing - whatever the style. Thumbs, hands, elbows and feet, etc. are used to apply pressure and relieve pent-up stress in the format of: Relax, Release & Let Go. Many trainees have benefitted from its wisdom, as have thousands of members of the public - the book is highly recommended.

Über den Autor

In 2010, the author began passionate research into his ancestry. This followed on from previous work that had been begun by his father nearly 30 years earlier. Eventually, the combined research resulted in 8 books being published. As a collection the author refers to these as 'The Ancestral Chains Series', with each of the 8 books being centred around the life, ancestry and descendants of each of his 8 great-grandparents.
The 8 books in the series are: Ancestral Chains (DNA Part I of VIII) Bishop Bloodline; Ancestral Chains (DNA Part II of VIII) Battersby Bloodline; Ancestral Chains (DNA Part III of VIII) Allden Bloodline; Ancestral Chains (DNA Part IV of VIII) Parr Bloodline; Ancestral Chains (DNA Part V of VIII) Fortune Bloodline; Ancestral Chains (DNA Part VI of VIII) Meers Bloodline; Ancestral Chains (DNA Part VII of VIII) Morgan Bloodline; Ancestral Chains (DNA Part VIII of VIII) Andrew Bloodline.
This work is a collective collaboration of the 8 books rolled into one and focuses on 8 relevant stories that attempt to show the connectivity of karma passed down through our ancestral DNA chains.
