Damian Connelly took awhile to find his way to America. But when his first title, You Promised Me Darkness made its way stateside, his name found his way throughout the homes of every avid comic reader. The first title became the best-selling black and white debut issue of any comic in nearly a decade. But it's what led to this title landing stateside that is the story. Damian hadn't picked up his art utensils in ten plus years due to a fracture in his wrist leaving him sidelined and out of the industry. While You Promised Me Darkness marks his return to art duties, he's got a decorative history within writing.
