Beschreibung

The structured oral examination (SOE) and viva are age-old integral components of examination pathways in the specialty training of intensive care medicine (ICM). The viva can present a complex interaction between the examiner and delegate, which can often be challenging even hostile! Organisation and structure are integral to success.
