Über den Autor
Mandy Sacher is Australia's leading paediatric nutritionist and the founder of the Real Food Rating system, a wholefood methodology designed to help families make empowered choices at the supermarket. As a mother of two and a passionate advocate for children's health, Mandy has spent more than two decades transforming how families approach food. She offers one-on-one consultations, leads workshops for parents and educators, and collaborates with leading food brands, paediatricians, healthcare professionals and early childhood providers across Australia. Mandy was Australia's first appointed Chief Nutrition Officer in the childcare sector, and the creator of the first digital wholefood baby weaning program. She also co-developed and authored the training manuals for the MEND (Mind Exercise Nutrition Do It!) program, a pioneering childhood obesity prevention initiative rolled out in Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Her first book is Wholesome Child: A Complete Nutrition Guide and Cookbook.
