This book is positioned within the emerging field of transnational cinema, and offers a groundbreaking study of the relationship between transnational cinema and ideology. The book focuses in particular on the complex ways in which religion, identity and cultural myths interact in specific cinematic representations of ideology. Über den Autor

Milja Radovic is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of Edinburgh, where she is collaborating on the Religion and Ethics in Making of War and Peace Project, investigating the role of the independent media in shaping of civil society in the Balkans.
