Erica Asante is a children's author, speaker, global health leader, and the founder of Golden Cocoa Books. She embarked on her journey as an author and established Golden Cocoa Books to enrich children's literature with stories that celebrate and educate children about diverse cultures from around the world with a focus on Africa and the African diaspora. This mission is fueled by her travel to more than 20 countries on five continents, her Ghanaian heritage, and motherhood.
