Über den Autor
Especialista en Europa del Este, Jacques Baud fue miembro del servicio de inteligencia estratégica de Suiza y jefe de doctrina de las operaciones de mantenimiento de la paz de las Naciones Unidas. Dentro de la OTAN, participó en programas en Ucrania, en particular tras la revolución de Maïdan entre 2014 y 2017.
