These authors-seasoned practitioners in organisational, team, and leadership development-bring their global expertise to bear on one transformative framework: The GC Index(R).

At the heart of this book lies a compelling idea: individuals and teams create impact in profoundly different ways. The GC Index(R) offers a scientifically grounded, research-backed language for understanding and leveraging these differences when it comes to Energy for Impact. Developed over 12 years, this tool has already been cited in 18 influential publications and adopted by forward-thinking organisations worldwide.

Through 16 powerful chapters, you'll discover practical strategies, case studies, and tools to boost individual and team performance-whether you're leading change, building high-impact teams, or coaching others to lead.

This book isn't theory-it's the future of leadership development in action.
