The 'micro' skeleton is aligned to the bones of the feet and is also shown in each image. The actual location of every organ and tissues are measured against those bones and 'micro' skeleton. Über den Autor

Annie Trigg has a background in Exercise Physiology and teaching and then has had a successful career as a practising Clinical Reflexologist and as a Complementary Therapist with Velindre Oncology Hospital and University Hospital of Wales. She is also a Lecturer at Inspira Academy. Her long association with co-author Sue Alma Evans led to the creation of this unique series of anatomical foot charts.
