This book presents a holistic approach to mental therapy, grounded in the monistic view that the body and mind are inseparable.
The therapy incorporates Bach Flower remedies to manage emotions and explains how to apply meditation, physiognomy, and astrology in a distinctive and holistic way.
This book explores the unconscious, introducing the groundbreaking concept that it can be observed and understood through the physical body, particularly through facial physiognomy.
Employing the ancient practices of physiognomy and astrology, the author unveils innovative ways to access the hidden layers of the unconscious. Physiognomy, the study of facial features, and astrology are skillfully applied to decode the symbolic language of archetypes in the unconscious.
To address mental health challenges, " The Mind in Matter : Holistic Mental Therapy through Meditation, Bach Flower Remedies, Physiognomy, and Astrology " integrates practical tools such as meditation, a cornerstone for calming the mind and fostering self-awareness, and Bach Flower Remedies, a gentle yet powerful system for emotional healing. Together, these modalities provide a comprehensive approach to nurturing mental and emotional well-being.
This book invites readers to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing, guided by an integrative vision that bridges ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic practices. Whether you are a mental health professional, a holistic practitioner, or someone seeking a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection, The Mind in Matter offers invaluable insights for creating harmony within.
This book is for anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of consciousness, as well as therapists practicing psychotherapy, holistic psychotherapy, or integrative psychotherapy, psychology, or other diverse systems of holistic medicine or therapy
