Né en Russie. Diplômé de l'Institut polytechnique, il a suivi des études postuniversitaires à l'Institut d'instrumentation aéronautique de Leningrad. Il a participé à la mise au point de systèmes de mesure et de calcul. Il a reçu le signe de l'inventeur de l'URSS pour ses inventions. En 1992, il est rapatrié en Israël. Il a travaillé comme ingénieur dans plusieurs entreprises. Auteur de plus de 300 articles
