Nu se limiteaz la a repeta ceea ce äi auzit deja. În schimb, dezvluie o înelepciune care ne poate ajuta cu adevrat s trim mai bine. Ideea este s lum ceea ce a împrtit Isus i s artm cum este înc important astzi, adic cum ne poate ajuta s cretem ca oameni. Pentru aceasta, autorul a adunat învturi din mai multe surse. Povetile cunoscute din Matei, Marcu, Luca i Ioan sunt prezente, servind ca baz pentru principiile de baz.
