This book answers the question I was asked many times after BearingPoint Incorporated declared bankruptcy. This being, "How did an organization with so many top-notch talented people, end up in bankruptcy" and ultimately provides the reader with this "insight" by discussing what I believe to be the 30 primary issues that led to this unfadeable bankruptcy.
