Über den Autor
Philip Jowett has been interested in military history from an early age and has published over 40 titles over the last 30 years. Specialising in the armies of Asia in the first half of the 20th century, amongst his previous titles are books on the Italian, Japanese and Chinese Armies of World War II. He has written about the Mexican Revolution, Latin American wars, the Balkan Wars and the Warlord Period in China in the 1920s. He is a sports enthusiast with involvement in football and rugby league and is married and lives in North Lincolnshire.
