Spencer Greenberg PhD is a mathematician and entrepreneur specializing in psychology. He's the founder of Spark Wave, a research organization creating psychology-based products, and Clearer Thinking, which offers self-improvement tools. He hosts the Clearer Thinking podcast, ranked in the top 1% globally. He has personally tested many self-improvement methods - using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and bold exposure exercises to overcome social anxiety.

Jeremy Stevenson PhD is clinical psychologist with extensive experience. He's worked with hundreds of clients and explored self-help deeply - both professionally and personally.
