Über den Autor
Susan Hassmiller, RN, PhD, FAAN, is Founder and Principal of Sulu Coaching and Consulting with a coaching practice focused on nurses. She is a Professor of Nursing at Florida State University and adjunct faculty at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. with a practice focused on galvanizing the skills and expertise of health care leaders. She has devoted her career to strengthening the nursing profession, improving population health, and advancing health equity. During her 25 years at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), she shaped and led the Foundation's nursing strategies in an effort to create a high quality of care in the United States for people, families, and communities.
