In Tactical Investing for Your Strategic Plan, former Marine and veteran financial advisor Mark Melrose reveals how to think like a battlefield strategist in the world of investing. Drawing on more than 38 years of experience investing in every market and 11 years of Marine Corps service — including Explosive Ordnance Disposal — he demonstrates how disciplined, mission-driven thinking provides an edge in volatile markets.
This guide doesn’t focus on chasing trends or predicting the next hot stock. Instead, it emphasizes building a mindset grounded in strategic planning, situational awareness, and disciplined execution. Tactical principles help investors assess risk, adapt to shifting environments, and align every move with long-term objectives.
Through real-world examples — from defense stocks during geopolitical conflict to the impact of tariffs and emerging AI innovation — this resource shows how to read the financial landscape with precision and act with purpose. Whether seasoned investors or individuals just beginning to chart their financial path, Tactical Investing for Your Strategic Plan reshapes the approach to every investment decision.
The mission starts here. Think tactically, plan strategically, and invest with the clarity and confidence of a Marine on a mission. Because in both combat and investing, hesitation is costly — and decisive action wins.
