Nicola Watson has taught in the early years, primary and higher education sectors for over twenty years, and most recently at the University of Worcester.

Elena Lengthorn is a Senior Lecturer in Teacher Education, University of Worcester, UK, where she leads the PGCE Geography programme and Education for Sustainable Futures Special Interest Group and Chairs the Sustainability Forum.

Carla Solvason is a Senior Lecturer in the Department for Children and Families, University of Worcester, UK, where she leads the Social Pedagogy Research Group.

Geoffrey Elliott is Professor of Post¿Compulsory Education at the University of Worcester, UK.
