Beschreibung
An exciting new series, full of excitement and adventure, follows a neurodivergent boy's unexpected journey into Africa.
Always on the fringes of cool groups at school because he is 'different' from the others, Stevie finds himself isolated from his classmates. But quite by accident, he discovers the secret recipe for acceptance and friendship.
At the outset, Stevie is transported to a world where strange things happen. He must face the 'why' of his differentness, from which there is no escape.
Or is there? How?
Come on this journey with Stevie and learn what it really means to be cool.
Stevie Snickerdoodle's Wild Walkabout, Book #1 in the Stevie's Adventures Series, is an engaging and thoughtful chapter book with an autistic main character. It explores friendship and understanding from a neurodivergence-friendly perspective. Excellent for children who enjoy mystery and action.
Perfect for Grade 4 - 6 boys who also love books by Paul Jennings and Tristan Bancks.
