The subject in the book is to develop analytical fragility curves for seismic performance evaluation of RC buildings. A methodology based on Incremental Dynamic Analysis to develop fragility curves have been discussed. For better understanding of implementation of the methodology, two case studies have been included. Seismic nonlinear modelling of various elements of RC buildings in SAP2000 software is the unique feature of this book.

Über den Autor
Dr V. S. Patil is in the teaching field since 1997. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Structural Engineering Department, Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli (Maharashtra state, India). His interest areas include: performance based seismic design, structural optimization, finite element analysis software like SAP2000 etc.
