He has arbitration experience in the construction, oil and gas and general commercial fields and sits also as an arbitrator.

Peter Foreman LL.B., A.K.C., MCIArb, Accredited Mediator, English Solicitor (non-practising). Peter has worked as a practising solicitor, in-house counsel, and consultant in heavy engineering and construction, and has over 45 years of experience in dispute resolution in an international context.

Angela Grahame QC, FCIArb, Accredited Mediator. Angela has practised at the Scottish Bar since 1995 and took silk in 2009. She is a member of Compass Chambers, Edinburgh. Angela Grahame QC is an advocate at Compass Chambers in Edinburgh. Her principal areas of practice are in cases relating to personal injury and clinical negligence. She was Vice Dean of the Faculty of Advocates, the second female incumbent ever to hold this position in the Faculty, from 2016-20.

Peter Foreman is Chief Executive at Traprain Consultants Ltd, based in East Lothian.
