This book is based on the interviews that took place on the New Horizon Media Arts Youtube Channel. It encompasses some of the stories and experiences of the individuals. The Safe Distance Save Lives series began amidst the COVID pandemic. The purpose of this show was to portray the lives and experiences of people during the lockdown. The interviewees took the time to share the ways in which they continued to remain productive, resilient and motivated during the lockdown.
