Richard Pickering is a real estate strategist, thought leader and innovator. He is a futurist and keynote speaker on the evolution of real estate and publishes a regular blog and podcast. Trained as both a lawyer and chartered surveyor, Richard's career has focused on urban renewal, economics, regeneration, technology and corporate strategy.
