Über den Autor

Dr.-Ing. Joachim Ihme ist Lehrbeauftragter für Schienenfahrzeugtechnik an der Ostfalia HaW (ehemals Fachhochschule Braunschweig/Wolfenbüttel). Bis Ende 2015 war er Professor an dieser Hochschule mit den Schwerpunkten Maschinenelemente, Festigkeitslehre, Logistik und Schienenfahrzeuge. Seiner Hochschultätigkeit ging eine mehrjährige Beschäftigung bei einem Schienenfahrzeughersteller voraus.
