Claire E. Hughes-Lynch, Ph.D., is Professor of Elementary and Special Education at the College of Coastal Georgia, USA. A Fulbright Scholar to Greece, she has taught in twice-exceptional programs and lives her life in twos-two cats, two dogs, two children (but one husband) across two countries.
