In rural areas, stunting, anaemia, iron, and vitamin A deficiency are among the most prevalent nutritional problems in public health. Tanzania and India are rich in varieties of indigenous fruits which contain macro and micro nutrients with a good pack of phytochemicals. Indigenous fruits contain lots of dietary fibre which has a positive effect association with weight loss.
