The seeds have successfully been listed to control of diabetes, hypertension and some cardiovascular disorders. Coffee in view of the presence of caffeine is regarded as non-healthy due to its some adverse effect although some health benefits of caffeine her also known. The coffee as a beverage is like consumed by a significant community especially among the young population. It is expected that the product will gain popularity. Our objective is to promote healthy natural products from food waste that is an economical source for variety of nutrients.
