Dr. He has served as the President of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine & Biology Society (EMBS), Chair of International Academy of Medical and Biological Engineering (IAMBE), the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering, and been on numerous journal editorial boards.
