Eine philosophische Theorie menschlicher Individualität muss deshalb wesentlich eine Theorie des menschlichen Sichselbstverstehens sein. Martin Hoffmann greift Problembeschreibungen aus der Gründungsphase der Humanwissenschaften im 19. The epistemological foundation of philosophical anthropology presented in this study is thus simultaneously an innovative contribution to the hermeneutics of the human self.
