Tite Tiénou (PhD, Fuller Theological Seminary) is dean emeritus, research professor of theology of mission, and holds the Tite Tiénou Chair of Global Theology and World Christianity, at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He previously taught at Alliance Theological Seminary, was the founding president and dean of Faculté de Théologie Évangélique de l'Alliance Chrétienne (Côte d'Ivoire), and was director of the African Theological Initiative. He is known for his contributions to theological education relating to Africa.
